How do I reserve a tour or workshop?

You can reserve a place on a tour or workshop online by clicking on the red button marked “BOOKINGS”, or, in places, even, “BOOK”, or by sending us an email to visites@streetartparis.fr and paying cash on the day. We offer certain discounts for paying online.

Please bring proof of receipt of having booked online to the tour, either on your iPhone, iPad, Kindle, or god forbid, Samsung device; or, printed on paper.

For private tours or workshops, or other related requests, please email us at visites@streetartparis.fr.

How long are the tours & workshops?

– Our street art walking tours (Montmartre, Belleville, and Left Bank) last between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending;

– our graffiti mural workshops last around 2.5 hours, generally.

All our private tours and workshops can be made to last for longer or shorter, or combined together.

What should I wear?

For our tours make sure you have on comfortable footwear suitable for walking, and dress for the season.

The mural workshop involves paint, so it’s likely you’ll get at least a speck on you – if you come away spotless you should question whether you did it correctly. If you intend on getting involved, wear clothes you don’t mind getting a little bit dirty.

Do you arrange private tours or workshops?

We can arrange private tours any time of the day or week, whether you have a special focus or would like to receive an orientation to Paris street art and graffiti. We’re happy to combine our tours and workshops.

To make a private booking email us at visites@streetartparis.fr, including a bit about you or your group, and a phone number (and dialling code) where we can reach you, or call us on +33 (0) 9 50 75 19 92 (office hours). We aim to respond to email inquiries the same day.

We occasionally receive private car or mini-van tour requests, especially from our older guests. We’re always happy to oblige, and can connect you with a good chauffeur company. The irony of doing a graffiti tour from the air-conditioned comfort of a blacked out Mercedes is not totally missed.

Can we bring children on the tour or workshop?

Our tours and workshops are family friendly, but please bear in mind that two to three hours can be quite a long time for children to walk and concentrate continuously. We’ve had small babies on the tour before and it worked fine.

Email us with any specific questions you may have at visites@streetartparis.fr.

Do your tours and workshops run when it rains?

Our tours and workshops run come rain or shine. Of course, the tours are better enjoyed in warm sunny weather, but they are still great under an umbrella.

Graffiti mural workshops happen in various locations in Paris. We use a sheltered outdoor space for when the skies open up.

Street Art Paris digital gift cards:

How much do Street Art Paris digital gift cards cost?

You have the option to buy a gift card for a specific tour or workshop, or an ‘open’ card, redeemable against any of our tours and workshops.

What does the digital gift card look like?

We custom-create each digital gift card in our Brazilian sweatshop, using 100% certified organic “1s” and “0s”, which we tie with invisible red silk ribbon, before exporting as a PDF and emailing back to you to send personally to the recipient. (It’s a photo of some graffiti we found from doing a Google image search, juxtaposed with your friend’s name written in Arial font – created in MS Word).

How do I redeem my gift card?

To use the gift card, the holder must first choose the event they want to join, and then contact us to reserve their place by emailing us at visites@streetartparis.fr or calling +33 (0) 9 50 75 19 92 (Monday 9-6pm, Tuesday-Thursday 9-1pm).

If there is credit remaining on the gift card, it will be stored and can be used later. The holder has a couple of years from the date of purchase to redeem the entirety of their gift card.

What is your cancellation policy?

Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. In case we need to cancel a tour or workshop the holder will be entitled to a refund in cash for the total amount of that event, in they’re not willing or able to attend the rescheduled date.

How can I transfer my gift card to another person?

In order to request a name change on your gift card, send us an email to visites@streetartparis.fr and we’ll happily make the adjustment.
