Shipping
We send the zines by standard first class delivery using La Poste (French national postal service) from Paris, France.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, but for orders made to countries within the European Union expect to wait no more than 7 working days.

Returns and refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by email or phone immediately. The same goes for orders received that are damaged.

Personal information
Information we take during the bookings process is not shared with any third parties. We do not have access to your credit card information which is taken securely by PayPal.

Payments
Payments are made online via PayPal using a credit card or PayPal account.
